How Tags Work
Each item in Clarity has tag lines automatically populated from the item details: SKU number, vendor model number, product type, metal type, diamond weight, price, and location. When you click the tag icon next to a SKU, you see a preview of what will print.
Yes. Each item has a Custom Tag option at the bottom of the tag preview. Toggle it on and you can edit the tag lines manually. For most items, the auto-generated tag has everything you need, but custom tags are there when you need to override.
Each item category can have its own tag template. This means a diamond ring tag might show different information than a watch tag. Your store admin configures these templates in the category settings.
Yes. From the Vendor Invoice Import screen, you can select multiple items with checkboxes and click Print Tags to print them all at once. This is the fastest way to tag a new shipment.
